My name is Hen Sun, aka Ah Kwang Mkhak, died on November 22, 2010 at Spean Moranak, currently reside in Sokati Phop.
I have the greatest honor to proclaim on behalf of all victims, killed or alive, in the stampede:
“Our deepest gratitude to Samdech DECHO and Lok Chumteav Thom for the following reasons:
- For donating graciously money for our funeral, and hospital bills …. despite the fact that all these monies are not their own!
- For their Tears, Sorrows and Concerns - even though ‘a Croc’s tears,‘ as some bad people has claimed.
- For Samdech DECHO’s Most Clear Sighted Yoborl, despite he is un borgne:
"It was NOBODY’s FAULT. Not Kep Chuktema, not Touch Naroth, neither Me, nor Our August KING. It was rather our COMMON’ s FAULT… It was a Coincidence…."
- For the Best Planning of the Tragic Water Festival event of 2010: Security matter, as well as the Evacuation of the thousand victims, included the killed and the wounded.
- Last but not least, Samdech DECHO’s Win! Win! Vision:
In the near future, our motherland will be totally managed by all foreigners, in particular by Vietnamese and Chinese. And certainly we, Khmers, will be the Boss or the Boy. THIS IS OUR FATE!
So, I would solemnly like to make thing clear, and I swear that the TRUTH was:
"WE ARE PURE BUMPKINS WHO DO NOT KNOW HOW TO ENJOY OURSELF, AND COULD BE LIKENED TO THE MOTHS WHO ARE UNCONSCIOUSLY FLYNG INTO THE FIRE! IT WAS OUR KARMA! IT WAS OUR COMMON FAULTS! IT WAS A COINCIDENCE!"
