December 15, 2010: After 2 years 7 months and 18 days, Mr. Tout Saron was free released at 11:15 am from Kampong Thom provincial prison. Mr. Tuot Saron was arrested on March 18, 2008 on "illegal confinement" charge which he always claimed as innocent. He was declared earlier this year by Amnesty International as "Prisoner of Conscience" and received the Royal Pardon decree on November 26, 2010.
